Yamax claim that the CW series is more accurate than the SW series (such as the SW200 DigiWalker and SW700 DigiWalker) by their factory experiment comparison. The CW series certainly are an impressive pedometer with their look and dual screen.

The CW300 has one additional function from the CW200 - it can record your Activity Time. I personally think this feature is an important function. Trying to achieve 10,000 steps a day is important for your health BUT its also important to aim for at least 30 minutes of Active time as well! Having an Activity timer on your pedometer allows you to aim for this target and hopefully surpass it!
This is another accurate and reliable pedometer from the famous Yamax manufacturuer, however, for the first time Yamax now have competition with other pedometers offering the same if not better accuracy- introducing the new range of Accelerometer Pedometers!
Accelerometers have been around for years but only recently have been used in pedometers with amazing results!
The CW300 Digiwalker is a good reliable pedometer I recommend it to people who are trying to increase their activity as well as their steps ie recovering from illness, beginner walker.
