Your pedometer order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. This also includes bulk pedometer orders and International orders. Should there be an unexpected delay we will contact you to let you know what the problem is via email or phone.
Any orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

You can select 'Calculate Shipping' at anytime from your shopping cart to view the current cost of postage. (As long as you have an item in your cart)
We choose to use Australia Post Express post bags for all orders within Australia, ensuring fast delivery within 1-3 business days (subject to Postcode). This way we can track your order.
Postage in Australia
Postage and handling fee is $7.00 flat rate (Australia Post Express Satchel) for up to 30 items when using our online shop.
With these product exceptions:
Just Batteries- if you are just ordering batteries - postage will be $3.00 (Australia Post Regular)
The Bean Deluxe or over 30 items: the cost will be $17.00 - delivered by overnight courier (Australian Air Express Satchel)
Postage International
International postage costs are calculated from the total Dollar or Pound amount in your shopping basket. Please use the ‘Calculate Shipping’ from your shopping cart to view the cost of your postage to your country. The shopping basket $ AUD amount increments are:
$1.00 - $70.00
$71.00-$149.00
$150.00 -$400.00
All International orders will be sent ‘Air Mail’ via Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
Allow 10 business days for delivery.
We do have Fedex or EMS tracking services available at an additional cost - please email us for further details.

Returns/Exchanges
We can only accept returns or exchange of products under certain circumstances due to the nature of the product we sell! You must phone or email us first to see if you can return/exchange your purchase. Please note: Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable.
