What are Fitdeck cards?

FitDeck is a unique decks of exercise playing cards containing illustrations and instructions describing over different exercises, stretches, and movements. They are split into two categories, Starter Packs (56 cards) and Booster Packs (26 cards)

FitDeck Starter packs

These ‘no-equipment’ FitDecks contain 56 cards of exercises that require only your bodyweight to perform. ‘FitDeck Bodyweight’ is the flagship product in this popular series of ‘no-equipment’ FitDecks.

FitDeck Booster Packs

FitDeck Boosters are decks of 26 playing cards containing illustrations and instructions describing different exercises, stretches, and movements.Unlike our Starter FitDecks, FitDeck Boosters are designed with a specific location or piece of equipment in mind.

FitDecks Boosters can be used on their own or they can be mixed into other FitDecks or FitDeck Boosters to create hundreds of interesting cross-training opportunities.
